Glass Vase
This price is for one empty glass vase, the shape of which is chosen by the florist to suit your bunch. These are available when one purchases any bunch of flowers.
Please also always advise the recipients name and cell no as well as an alternative contact name & cell number in case we have delivery problems on the day.

Refund and Return Policy
If your vase is delivered in a sub-standard condition. please advise the driver to return them. Please take a quick picture with your phone.
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If return is approved, your refund will be processed or flowers replaced.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
