Care: Keep cool and away from sunlight, change water daily, recut stems every second day making sure to clean the stems so that leaves are out of water.

Refund and Return Policy
If your flowers are delivered in a sub-standard condition. please advise the driver to return them. Please take a quick picture with your phone.
We sell perishable products, therefore we do not accept returns where there is no issue with the quality of the product which you have received.
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If return is approved, your refund will be processed or flowers replaced.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
