Refund and Return Policy
If your cake is delivered in a sub-standard condition. please advise the driver to return them. Please take a quick picture with your phone.
We sell perishable products, therefore we do not accept returns where there is no issue with the quality of the product which you have received.
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If return is approved, your refund will be processed orthe cake replaced.
Delivery by hand
Cakes shall be delivered by hand in Harare within 6 days of the order being confirmed by us.
