Refund and Return Policy
If your cake is delivered in a sub-standard condition please advise the driver to return it. Please take a picture with your phone and whatsapp to us. (+27) 82 2154 914.
We sell perishable products, therefore we do not accept returns where there is no issue with the quality of the product which you have received.
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If return is approved, your refund will be processed or the cake replaced.
