Our florist chooses fresh and available roses to arrange a gorgeous bunch for you to the value of R495.   Arrangement may not match the photos but will be just as beautiful.    Please note that if white roses are not fresh nor available we will substitute with colours just as beautiful.

  • Flower Info

    Keep cool, change water daily, recut stems every second day making sure to clean the stems so that leaves are out of water.

  • Refund and Return Policy

    If your flowers are delivered in a sub-standard condition.  please advise the driver to return them.  Please take a picture with your phone and WhatsApp it to us asap.     

    We sell perishable products, therefore we do not accept returns where there is no issue with the quality of the product which you have received. 

    Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.  If return is approved, your refund will be processed or flowers replaced.

    We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Karoo Lavender Gifts

    Karoo Lavender gifts must be on a seperate order.  They are sent via PostNet Counter to Counter (its the cheapest).   Your recipient / or someone else you select must  collect  at their nearest PostNet branch.   Delivery date depends on Karoo Lavender lead time, time of the year and PostNet cartage times.  Lead time for Karoo Lavender is 1 - 3 weeks. 

    It is better to order Karoo Lavender gifts on their own and not as a combination.  

  • Combination Cakes, Flowers & Karoo Lavender Gifts

    A combination of cakes and flowers will be delivered at different times on that day.    This is because our florists and bakers have different schedules. 

    Karoo Lavender gifts must be ordered on a seperate order and cannnot be received on the same day as the flowers and cakes.  This is due to the Karoo Lavender bottling time, their existing orders, dispatch date, cartage & lead time.
